What's next?

Well, for now I am giving running a little break. Letting my knee have some time off. Instead I am killing myself with the most intense workout ever.

I really wanted Matt to work out with me, and Jillian Michaels was just a little too girly for him. So we are doing p90x.


Day 1 was a chest and back workout and then KILLER abs.
Day 2 was plyometrics - basically a TON of jumping and cardio
Day 3 was shoulders and arms and the KILLER abs again.

I am not going to lie, I phoned in the abs the first day, but tonight I didn't I really pushed it. I might not be able to move tomorrow.

Tomorrow is yoga - my dad said it is a killer. Yoga is hard for me, but not horrible (at least wii yoga) so maybe I will do ok - maybe.

I didn't take before pics like the thing said, and I didn't take any measurements. Maybe I will after 30 days and compare it to 60 days.

This workout may kill me. But at least I might get some muscle tone while dying :-D


  1. Karl wants to do the P90X too! I'm too scared :( Since we got bootcamp for the next couple of months, it'll have to wait until after the wedding!

  2. Wow, you are doing some pretty intense cross training! Plyometrics can really kick butt! Good job!

  3. I've read a bit about the P90X, it sounds insane. Heck I'm still struggling with Jillian. Keep up the great work Angela. I wish that Jim would work out with me, it'll never happen but it would be kind of cool.

  4. Good luck on the p90x! I ordered that set a couple months back and the workouts are BEYOND killer. (The DVDs are now collecting dust...)
