Today is a rest day - and an actual rest day - no running and no JM - just not being a lazy bum. My workouts are hard- and my body was starting to hurt so a day off is good for it.
I was alright with the rules - I had a burger for lunch at work, but no fries.
No alcohol
no eating after 9
only 1 soda
3 nalgenes and crystal light lemonade with dinner
and as soon as I finish this I am going to bed - and looking to get 8 hours of sleep!
Tomorrow we are walking around DC a little - and then going to dinner for my birthday. I will get my run in tomorrow. Maybe Sunday I will get my plan up - I have it planned through Dec - maybe Jan.
