Today was a good day

1 - I didn't eat crap - and when I snacked it was a 100 cal pack.

2- no alcohol

3- no eating after 9 - it was reallly hard - I wanted a gummie snack that matt had when he came to bed but ive been good! Its so hard though

4- I ran today 1.25 miles walk 5 run .75 then 5 min cool down walk (actually like 7 min bc i was watching tv and wanted to wait til a commercial) It felt really good.

5- no soda- i haven't had soda since tues night and I don't plan on starting again

6- I drank 5 nalgenes... YAY

7- bed - sigh - 11:45
