11/12

This is late getting up - I worked late, ran, made dinner and cleaned last  night- then went to bed - no computer for me

the rules -

1- I hate pretty well last night. No fast food

2- No alcohol.

3- I did not eat after 9pm

4- I ran - 1.5 miles walked 5 mins ran 1 mile and walked 5 mins. I did it at a faster pace- but not any faster than Tuesday's run. Sat I will up the speed again.

5- no soda

6- 4 nalgenes

7- I got 7 hours of sleep the night before
