11/5

Today was good - I enjoyed my run and I didn't go kicking and screaming. I thought I broke my toe right before I went running - It killed at first but got better as I went- It has a huge bruise on it. Way to go Ang.

 



1- No fast food  - at pretty healthy

2- no alcohol

3- no eating after 9

4- I ran today and then I did some arm exercises. I ran my normal 1.5 then walked 5 ran .75 and walked 5. I felt good. Sunday I up it again

5- no soda

6- 4 nalgenes

7- I slept about 6 hours last night. Planning about 6 hours tonight. I will nap tomorrow though! YAY!
