In 3 weeks I have lost 7 lbs and I am running 2.25 miles and feeling good.

I got up this am and ran - it wasn't bad - but it sucked because there was nothing on tv  so I got bored.

But I did it.

1- I ate out today - but I had a salad with fat free ranch

2- no alcohol

3- I did eat after 9 - I didn't have much for dinner - and I was starving at 11.

4- I ran - 1.5 miles walked 5 mins ran .75 miles walked 5

5- no soda

6- 2 glasses of water at lunch and 2 nalgenes today

7- I got 8 hours of sleep last night. I will get a lot of sleep tongith becaue I am not setting an alarm :-D

I think I found a way to get my plan on here - lets see if it works.
