Shew I was exhausted today - today was my Friday which meant I only worked a half day - and instead of coming home at 1 and doing productive things- I napped for 2 hours- FAIL.
1- Matt and I had quizznos for lunch - and dinner is pretty healthy, baked chicken and rice
2- no alcohol
3- no food after 9
4- I did Jillian Level 2. It was hard, and I was very tired. I struggled through it. Maybe Wed will be a better experience. I really think I may start doing some of the arm exercises at night on days I run.
5- no soda today!!
6-3 nalgenes....weak. I will be better tomorrow.
7- I slept like crap last night. Maybe tonight will be better.
